Roger Leopard, President & CEO
Roger Leopard, President & CEO, has been associated with CalciTech through its technology development phases. His background is chartered accountancy (Deloitte & Co), then The Great Universal Stores Ltd, where he developed the finance division. More recently Roger Leopard was President and Chairman of Computer Investors Group, Inc, a New York-based public company, and then established and ran a Geneva-based corporate finance and financial services business.

Thomas Livingstone-Learmonth, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Thomas Livingstone-Learmonth holds a first class degree in engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD, beginning his career as a site engineer on the Humber Bridge construction. Extensive senior management experience in various industries among which Managing Director of Iridium, France, a subsidiary of International Paper and then Chairman and CEO of Papetries de Cran and Papeteries du Pont de Claix, France.

Michael Watts, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Mr. Michael Watts is a physicist by training and holds an MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Watts has a strong track record in bringing new technologies to commercialisation. Previously on the Board of Alpine Venture Partners and BTG S.A., both of Switzerland, he most recently spent 6 years as President and CEO of the BTG Group, a multinational company owned by Spectris plc. BTG provides instrumentation and consumable products to the pulp and paper industry.

Christoph Jensen, Projects Manager
Mr. Jensen is a mechanical engineer with wide project experience, planning and building process plants for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Considerable experience with PCC production, as project manager for Faxe Kalk, recently acquired by Huber Engineered Materials, building and upgrading PCC plants in South-America, the US, Canada and Europe.

Dr. Robert Higgs, Technical Manager
Dr. Higgs has over twenty-five years experience, particularly with English China Clay, now part of Imerys, the French world leader in industrial minerals, Dr Higgs has held a variety of senior technical and commercial posts within the industrial minerals field. Amongst wide-ranging responsibilities, he led product development and marketing programmes for specialised ground calcium carbonate (GCC) in polymer applications. Dr Higgs also worked with other large corporations such as Dunlop Ltd. and the Cookson Group plc.

François Roux, Application Development Manager
Mr. Roux was educated at the University of paper-making in Grenoble, France, a specialist in paper coating research and development during his career with Ahlstrom Paper Group, International Paper, National Starch and Chemical and more recently Huber Engineered Materials as PCC applications Manager. He is widely recognised as being a leading expert in paper coating.

Dr. Charles Kunesh, Director of North America Business Development
A 25 year track record in PCC product development with the Minerals, Pigments and Metals Division of Pfizer and its spin-off company Specialty Minerals Inc., where he served as Director of Research for 10 years.
