| J.M. Smith MBE Position: Non-Executive Director A non-executive director of the Company since 1993, Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with honours from the University of Hull, England. Mr. Smith has enjoyed a distinguished career in international banking with Barclays. He then became Managing Director of Rathbone Trust Company SA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rathbone Brothers PLC quoted on the London Stock Exchange and retired in 2007. In 1995, Mr. Smith was awarded an MBE for voluntary services to the British Community in Switzerland. |
